Healthy Eating

Eating a balanced diet and drinking water regularly ensures that our students have the right amount of energy to be able to actively learn throughout the school day. Many studies have shown that a child that is eating a well-balanced diet, taking regular exercise and getting enough sleep will have higher concentration levels and be able to perform better academically.

We have an on-site cafeteria which offers nutritious meals that are varied and healthy. Our menus have been developed by our in house nutritionist to taste delicious whilst being packed with hidden vegetables.
